Individual project fees depend upon the specific nature of the project and are agreed upon up front, before the project begins.

We develop a position brief spelling out key factors clearly, so everyone is aligned before we start. We manage the project while keeping in close touch with you throughout, enabling course corrections or adjustments as needed. We handle all interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and detailed reference checking prior to the formal offer, and remain engaged throughout the onboarding process.
